HOURS OF OPERATION

After Care starts at 3:15pm and ends promptly at 6:00pm.  Aftercare is closed on the days that St. John Nepomuk School is closed.

You will be notified if we cancel Aftercare. If a child is not picked up by 6pm, the parent will be charged $1 per minute past 6pm. 

CHECK-IN, ATTENDANCE, AND OUT-OF-PROGRAM ACTIVITIES

• Students must check in with the director upon arrival at After Care each day. Check in is required before going to other activities (piano, sports, etc.).
• Students who leave the program early, without a parent/guardian, to attend some other activity must have a written statement of permission from the parent/guardian. Your student will not be allowed to leave After Care  based on arrangements made with another student during the day without written permission.

DAILY SIGN-OUT

• Parents/Guardians may use the north door of the Art Room to pick up their student(s). Students will be released only to parents/guardians or to people with permission in FACTS. Proper identification will be required.  The adult with whom the student is leaving must sign out the student.

DISCIPLINE PLAN

• Students are expected to use self-control, choosing behaviors which are appropriate and acceptable. After Care will follow the same discipline policies and procedures as St. John Nepomuk Catholic School. Students may be removed from the After Care Program at the discretion of the director and principal.

PHONE CALLS

• If you need to reach your student during 3:15-6:00pm, please contact the After Care Director. Students are not allowed to use their phones during this time.

EMERGENCY CONTACT

• It is imperative that emergency contact numbers are included on the registration form. You MUST notify After Care of changes in these numbers.
